Individual, Team, or Organization License

1、NuxtPro Commercial grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the software components and templates included in the SaaS Commercial Edition.

2、This license permits use by a single individual, team, or organization (the licensee) and cannot be transferred to other individuals, teams, or organizations without explicit permission.

You Can:

1、Use NuxtPro Commercial to create an unlimited number of end products.

2、Use NuxtPro Commercial to create projects for an unlimited number of clients.

3、Modify NuxtPro Commercial components under this license to create derivative works.

4、Use NuxtPro Commercial to build and run SaaS applications where end-users interact with your final product.

You Cannot:

1、Redistribute NuxtPro Commercial components or templates (even if modified), unless they are part of a final product.

2、Share your access to NuxtPro Commercial with anyone outside your team or organization without explicit permission.

3、Use NuxtPro Commercial to create products that compete with NuxtPro Commercial or offer SaaS commercial suites that conflict with NuxtPro Commercial's business.

Usage Examples

Examples of Permitted Use:

1、Creating a website or application for an individual, team, or organization.

2、Building a commercial SaaS application or web application for a client.

Examples of Prohibited Use:

1、Creating a repository of NuxtPro Commercial and sharing or selling it.

2、Making derivative products (e.g., commercial editions) and selling or offering them for free.

Enforcement and Liability

1、NuxtPro reserves the right to revoke the license in case of a serious breach of this agreement.

2、NuxtPro's liability is limited to refunding the license fee.

3、This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
